Saints Experience is a one year immersive discipleship program in which you (the young adult) will get to experience hands on ministry and courses that help you develop not only in your faith, but also in your potential as a leader and in other real world skills.
Included in this program will be discipleship, mentorship sessions, biblical curriculum, time to immerse yourself in different areas of ministry within our church, and to cap it off we will going on a ministry trip together as a team.
Specialized for those ages 18-25 this program will be launching in September later this year.
WHAT IS IT?
DISCIPLESHIP
This program is not just to help you grow in your "head knowledge" but also help you grow in your relationship with Christ.
We believe that the future leaders, both inside and out outside of the church, should be deeply rooted not only in Christian values, but in Christ Himself.
TEACHING
Along with personal growth and discipleship, participants will also be able grow in their knowledge and understanding of Scripture.
Through this, participants will also grow in their understanding of the characteristics of God and general theology.
EXPERIENCE
Finally on top of personal growth, discipleship, and biblical teaching, participants will get to experience what it's like to be apart of our Saints Church team.
With hands on ministry experience in multiple areas of ministry within Saints Church. Learning practical skills that can used both inside and outside the walls of the church building.
Our Pastor
Born in Kamloops, British Columbia, Pastor Brendan is an avid outdoor explorer. Though he didn't live there long he would still say he's a BC boy at heart.
Having essentially grown up at WECA he is now proudly a part of our Saints Church Pastoral team. He loves photography, videography, and playing sports when the opportunity presents itself.

What does it cost?
The program in its entirety will cost approximately $3500 (this includes your trip).
How demanding is the program?
You will be expected to participate in class sessions and hands on serving 4 days a week (excluding Sundays) for around 4-6 hours a day. There will still be time for those hoping to work a part time job on top of their inclusion in the Saints Experience Program to do so. There will also be a requirement to attend and serve on Sunday mornings.
How long is the program?
The program will run from September of 2024 until April of 2025.
What's included in the ministry trip?
Our ministry trip will include both hands on ministry as well as times for teaching and to just hangout as a group at our chosen destination. The cost of the program will cover costs for flights and housing as well as some meals.
What is the criteria to attend Saints XP?
You must be between the ages of 18-25 with a high school diploma. You must also either have a valid passport or be in the process of obtaining a valid passport. Applicants must also be willing to also file for a police check, including a vulnerable sector check, if they are accepted.
What days does Saints XP run on?
Saints XP will run from Monday to Thursday (during weeks where youth participation is not required) and Sunday's. During weeks where youth participation is required the program will run from Tuesday to Friday and Sunday.
When do I need to apply?
Applications will be open starting April 1st and will run until August 18th.
